Meet The Founders
Two school friends who saw a world in need of change - and chose to start with themselves
Be The Change
How it all Began
Born from brotherhood, not business.
As we celebrate the launch of our website, here is a real conversation about how this mission began, why it matters, and our vision for the future of this community.
Thank you to everyone for being part of the change.
Love,
Rohan & Tom

-The Voice of the Mission
As a boy, my nickname was Mowgli. Always outdoors, barefoot, obsessed with animals and the natural world. From as early as I can remember, I’ve had a deep connection with nature and a unique ability to build trust with animals. None more so than with my black Labrador, Rufus.
When Rufus said his final goodbye, something shifted in me. Amidst the pain and reflection, I realised just how much he had taught me - about kindness, presence, and life itself. His passing wasn’t the end. It was the beginning.
I made him a promise: to honour his legacy by dedicating my life to being a voice for the voiceless. That promise became The Mission Planet. But this mission didn’t come from strategy. It came from a belief that real change starts with how we care, and how we live.
As I grew older, social media became a powerful force shaping how people saw themselves and the world. But it always felt disconnected. My response was to help others reconnect with their body, mind, and reality.
That path led me into health and wellness, where I learned that true strength is holistic, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Now, through The Mission Planet, I bring that same energy to something bigger.
Because real change doesn’t start out there. It starts with you.

-The Eyes of the Mission
For as long as I can remember, I’ve seen the world through a lens. Always drawn to capturing moments, places, and people in a way that reveals their depth and beauty. Growing up in an animal loving household, it felt natural that my love for dogs and nature would eventually meet my passion for film and storytelling.
When Rohan shared the idea for The Mission Planet, it felt like a perfect alignment. Blending my craft as a filmmaker with a shared desire to make a real difference for animals, people, and the planet.
For me, picking up a camera isn’t just about documenting, it’s about telling stories that matter, about amplifying voices that don’t always get heard, about shining a light where it’s needed most.
In a digital world that often feels noisy or superficial, I try to use my work as a way to cut through, to create films that feel honest, human, and connected. Every frame I shoot for The Mission Planet is driven by the same goal: to help people feel something real, and to inspire them to take action.
That’s what this journey is about for me, blending creativity with purpose, and building something bigger than ourselves.

Behind the Mission…
The ORIGINAL Day in the life!
Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at a day with The Mission Planet, starting with a peaceful sunrise walk alongside Coco, our chocolate Labrador, before moving into the daily routines that keep us grounded, energised, and focused. From cold-water plunges and healthy home-cooked meals to the realities of modelling shoots, travel days, and time spent creating films, this video offers an honest glimpse into how creativity, discipline, and purpose come together. It captures the rhythm of our work, the moments in between, and the passion that drives our storytelling as we use film to inspire positive change and build a mission-led community.
Our FIRST Vlog!
We ended 2023 with a trip to Egypt as part of The Mission Planet’s work on an upcoming fundraising campaign supporting a stray dog sanctuary in Cairo. This video captures moments from the journey, including time spent along the River Nile at sunset, visits with one of Cairo’s leading dog rescue sanctuaries, and exploring the Great Pyramids of Giza. It offers a snapshot of the culture, history, and experiences that shaped the trip as we continue to build impact-driven projects through storytelling and community support.
24 HOURS as STREET DOGS!
This film follows a 24-hour endurance walk across England, undertaken to raise awareness of the estimated 200 million stray dogs living worldwide. Through freezing temperatures, long roads, and physical exhaustion, the journey reflects the daily reality faced by stray dogs — constant movement, uncertainty, and survival without comfort or safety. Captured during The Mission Planet’s first year, this challenge highlights resilience, compassion, and the belief that meaningful change begins when people choose not to look away.
Big Barca Birthday
Join us in Barcelona as we mark the first year of The Mission Planet with a trip that blends movement, connection, and reflection. This travel film captures moments of fitness, exploration, and shared experiences — from early runs along Barceloneta Beach and training sessions to discovering the city’s culture, food, and energy. More than a getaway, the journey reflects on what’s been achieved in our first year and sets the tone for what lies ahead, grounded in our mission to live with purpose and be the change we want to see in the world.
Reflections at The GREAT PYRAMIDS!
Filmed against the backdrop of the Pyramids of Giza, this video sees Tom and Rohan reflect on the journey behind The Mission Planet and how a shared passion for adventure and purpose evolved into a mission-driven organisation supporting street dogs around the world. They talk openly about the early ideas, challenges faced, milestones reached, and the deeper meaning behind the work, offering an honest look at how vision, commitment, and action came together to turn an idea into something real and impactful.
This is INDIA!
This film captures a journey through India, from the Himalayan foothills of Dharamshala to the energy of Delhi and the warmth of Coimbatore, offering an intimate look at the people, culture, and landscapes that shaped the experience. Along the way, the trip highlights moments of connection with local communities and the inspiring work of organisations such as Dharamsala Animal Rescue and the Humane Animal Society, whose dedication to street dog welfare reflects the compassion and resilience found throughout the country. More than a travel film, it is a reflective journey about empathy, purpose, and the impact of stepping beyond familiar boundaries.
